The cooperation between the Republic of Tajikistan and the Kyrgyz Republic in border-related matters is carried out based on the following main international treaties:
- Agreement between the Republic of Tajikistan, Kyrgyz Republic and People’s Republic of China on the point of connection of the three states state boundaries dated 05.07.2000;
- Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan and the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic on the border-crossing points dated 06.05.1998.
