Meeting with the Mayor of Ankara

On September 26, 2025, Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassador of the Republic of Tajikistan to the Republic of Turkiye, Mr. Sodiq Imomi held a meeting with the Mayor of Ankara, Mr. Mansur Yavash.

During the meeting, the parties discussed key issues on the agenda and exchanged views on the development of relations between the municipalities of Dushanbe and Ankara.

Mansur Yavash expressed his interest in strengthening cooperation with the city of Dushanbe and in establishing direct bilateral contacts.

The Ambassador of Tajikistan Mr. Sodiq Imomi invited the Mayor of Ankara to pay a visit to Dushanbe and to take part in the International Investment Forum “Dushanbe Invest – 2025”, to be held on October 14-16 of this year.
