Meeting of the Minister of Foreign Affairs with the Ambassador of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan

On January 16, 2026, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Tajikistan, Sirojiddin Muhriddin, received the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan to the Republic of Tajikistan, Muhammad Saeed Sarwar, on the occasion of the completion of his diplomatic mission in Tajikistan.

During the meeting, the sides exchanged views on issues related to the priority areas of cooperation between Tajikistan and Pakistan, as well as the current state and prospects for the development of mutually beneficial relations.

During the discussion, the high level of cooperation between the two countries, based on the spirit of mutual understanding and trust, was emphasized.

At the conclusion of the meeting, the Minister of Foreign Affairs expressed gratitude to the Ambassador for his contribution to the development of bilateral relations and wished him success in his future professional endeavors.
