Ambassador of Tajikistan met with the President of ROTOBO

On April 12, 2019, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Tajikistan to Japan Mr. Mirzosharif Jalolov met with the President of Japan Association for Trade with Russia and NIS (ROTOBO) - Chairman of the Board of the Kawasaki Heavy Industries Ltd., Mr. Shigeru Murayama.

The sides exchanged views on implementation of outcomes of the meetings of the Founder of Peace and National Unity – Leader of the Nation, President of the Republic of Tajikistan H.E. Mr. Emomali Rahmon with the business community of Japan during his official visit to Japan (5 October 2018), perspectives in trade and economic development, expanding partnerships between entrepreneurs, as well as ways of further strengthening of these collaborations.

In this context, interlocutors noted the need to activate various mechanisms to expand cooperation, in particular, holding business forums, establishing direct contacts between ROTOBO and the competent authorities of Tajikistan.
