On September 20, 2014 in the sidelines of the 69th session of the United Nations General Assembly the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Tajikistan Sirodjidin Aslov took part at the Asian Cooperation Dialogue (ACD) Foreign Ministers’ Breakfast Meeting.
In his statement Sirodjidin Aslov stated that nowadays the ACD has a huge potential in promoting cooperation on such issues as sustainable development, poverty reduction, reduction of unemployment and human development.
According to the head of Tajik MFA, the achievement of these tasks is possible only through expansion of regional cooperation in the sphere of trade, investment, tourism, use and management of natural resources, as well as exchange of technologies and information.
