First Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Tajikistan

 Born in the Republic of Tajikistan in 1966, Tajik, has a higher education. He holds the diplomatic rank of Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary.

 From 1986 to 1988, served in the Armed Forces.

 Graduated from the Bauman Moscow State Higher Technical University in 1991.

 From 1991 to 1996, held senior positions in the State Committee for Economy, the Ministry of Economy, and the Ministry of Economy and Finance of the Republic of Tajikistan.   From 1996 to 1999, he was the Head of the Department of Forecasting and Regional Development of the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of the Republic of  Tajikistan.

 From 1999 to 2002, he was a procurement specialist and deputy director, and from 2002 to 2005, he was the director of the Educational Project Management Center.

2005–2007 Head of the Foreign Investment Department, Head of the Macroeconomic Analysis Department of the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of the Republic of Tajikistan;

2007–2008 Head of the Economic Reforms and Investments Department of the Executive Office of the President of the Republic of Tajikistan, concurrently Head of the Public Administration Restructuring Project;

2008–2009 Chairman of the State Committee on Investments and State Property Management of the Republic of Tajikistan;

2009–2012 Minister of Economic Development and Trade of the Republic of Tajikistan;

2012–2017 State Advisor to the President of the Republic of Tajikistan on Economic Policy, Assistant to the President of the Republic of Tajikistan on Economic Issues, concurrently Member of the Board of the National Bank of Tajikistan from 2015 to 2017;

2017–2018 – Chairman of the Accounts Chamber of the Republic of Tajikistan;

2018–2020 – Chairman of the State Committee on Investments and State Property Management of the Republic of Tajikistan;

2020–2025 – Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Tajikistan to the United States of America.

Since November 18, 2025 – First Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Tajikistan.

Speaks English and Russian.
