The Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Tajikistan received the Ambassador of China

On December 31, 2025, a meeting was held between the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Tajikistan, Sirojiddin Muhriddin, and the Ambassador of the People's Republic of China, Go Zhizhan, during which the results of Tajik-Chinese cooperation in the political, trade, economic, cultural and humanitarian spheres in the outgoing year, as well as prospects for its further expansion in 2026 were considered.

Particular attention was paid to the practical implementation of the arrangements reached during the meetings between the leaders of Tajikistan and China, as well as the results of the first meeting of the Strategic Dialogue at the level of the Ministers of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Tajikistan and the People's Republic of China, held on November 22, 2025 in Dushanbe.

The parties exchanged views on regional and international issues of mutual interest.

During the meeting, the Tajik side reaffirmed its unwavering support for the ‘One China’ principle, its sovereignty and territorial integrity.
