Meeting with the Minister of Trade and Foreign Economic Relation of Turkmenistan

On January 21, 2026, the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Tajikistan to Turkmenistan Vafo Niyatbekzoda met with the Minister of Trade and Foreign Economic Relations of Turkmenistan Mr. Nazar Agahanov.

During the meeting, the interlocutors having discussed the current state and prospects for the further development of Tajik-Turkmen relations in the field of mutual trade and strengthening economic ties, exchanged views on the ways to increase trade turnover and expansion of working contacts between relevant structures and organizations of the two countries.
